Ip Address / Host Details:
Your Ip Address and / or host details are logged to help keep track of visitors on a daily basis. Your IP address is also viewable to Moderators on the chat room as well as the forum. We do not distribute any details of visitors / members to any third parties. Your IP address may be kept on the chat / forum to ban you, if required. These details are also kept in an encrypted log which is only accessable to the webmaster incase of any illegal activities. We will not hesistate to pass on this information to the local authorities if required.
Chat & Forum Content:
There are rules and guidelines for both the chatroom and the community forum. We cannot guarantee everyone will follow these rules, therfor there may be some illegal content, discussions, links, etc which we have no control over at the time. If a user is found offending we will take the necessary procedures to remove them from the chat or forum along with logging there ip address for future offences. If matters are serious, the accused's local law enforcement may be contacted.
Email Addresses:
Your email address may be required to register on the forum, we do not and will not give out your email address to any other members or third parties.
Mailing List:
When you sign up to our mailing list, your email address is kept in a secure file which is not passed on to any third parties. Your email address will only be used so that we can send you current updates, jobs, etc.
Advertisements:
